Produced in the area of “Mosfilies”, on a slope of clay rich, sandy and limestone based soils. The vines are 12 years old and the harvest takes place in the end of September. Following fermentation, the wine matures in French oak for twelve months and it is bottled unfiltered to preserve its complexity.

Deep ruby colour. On the nose dense ripe red and black fruit, flowers and notes of plum and cinnamon. Full and rich bodied with luscious cassis flavours, velvety tannins ending with a nuance of mint chocolate and a long spice and vanilla finish. Maturation for 12 months in oak casks.

The wine has a bright ruby red colour, intense aromas of black and red fruits, balanced acidity, full flavour and long finish. Enjoy with BBQ, pasta with red sauce and on its own.
