Daniel in appearance is very pale, nearly clear, with pure fruit flavours, intense raspberry flavour & velvety texture lead to a balanced wine with nice finesse& dry finish.
This volcanic wine, from the steep slopes of Mount Etna is a blend of a number of native grape varieties among which 65% Carricante. Dry with very floral aromas of linden blooms. The mineral character, coming from the volcanic soils, gives the wine a salty edge that blends well with the fresh fruity character reminiscent of green apples.
Chablis Aoc Domain Raoul Gautherin and Fils, is a wine produced from pure Chardonnay grapes, the grapes are grown in the Chablis area. The wine obtained rests for 10/11 months in steel vats, at the end it is bottled and left for a few more months in the bottle.
To a visual examination it presents a fantastic brightness, the straw yellow color, almost gold, to the nose the perfume fills the nostrils with a pleasant sensation of citrus, balsamic notes, green lemons, to the palate it is decisive, warm with excellent freshness and minerality with a very pleasant salty aftertaste, its length is also excellent and remains pleasantly in the mouth for a long time.
Chablis that we recommend to be drunk accompanying second courses of both meat and fish.
Altos Las Hormigas Blanco (notably the 2024 vintage) is a fresh, aromatic white wine from Mendoza, Argentina, crafted from a blend of Chenin Blanc (80%), Pedro Giménez (15%), and Semillon (5%). It is produced with minimal intervention, using concrete vats and no oak to highlight high natural acidity and mineral notes.
