A semi-dry red wine, suitable for those preferring a good, but not very dry red wine.
It is a good mixture of Cabernet and Mourvèdre varieties.
The little grape sugar remaining gives an enjoyable taste and a long, soft aftertaste.
It is a perfect accompaniment for meat, matured cheeses and pasta.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested early in the morning to maintain maximum freshness. After soaking with the skins for five days to extract colour and taste, the wine is fermented in stainless steel. After fermentation, the wine partly matures in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes: This wine is fruit-driven with flavours of red berry fruit and black cherries making it an easy-drinking style.

The Cabernet-Sauvignon, deep red, full-bodied wine, is suitable for those preferring strong, tasty, aged wines.
After being aged in oak barrels, the wine stays in the bottle to develop the strong aromas of vanilla and exotic spices that characterise it. Deep ruby colour. Nose: rich black berries, cherry, some flavor notes, cinnamon, a bit of oak. Gently soft in the mouth, soft tannins, moderate acidity, easy drinking.
Best with grilled meat & matured cheese & accompanying heavy meals with sauces and spices.

Barba Yiannis is an excellent expression of the Maratheftiko variety. Robust, with ripe fruit and character, it has at the same time a velvety dimension in the mouth, excellent levels of concentration and beautiful complexity. Old vineyards at an altitude of 800-1150 meters and the careful use of old barrels lead to a wine that highlights the noble dimension of the variety. Although Mavro dominates the vineyard of Cyprus, Maratheftiko is the “pride” of the red Cypriot varieties. Barba Yiannis has cherry and black fruit aromas on his nose. The wine will mature in old oak barrels for a short time, keeping the exceptional interest in the fruit and its excellent structure.
Lightly-dried red cherry with tobacco and toasted notes, light dill and dried herbs, and minor floral notes at the edges. Well-fruited and zesty on the palate, some light grated citrus notes of grapefruit alongside the red orchard fruits, great length and fine acidity

Nerello Cappuccio – Nerello Mascalese is a blend of two very Sicilian grape varieties. Together they are the mainstay of quality red wines from Sicily`s east coast and have long been a popular choice for wines made under the Sicilia DOC. The pair are in fact two mutations of a single variety, although the original archetypal Nerello is rarely referred to in ampelographic literature.
Grapes selected from vineyards located on the North, South-east, and South-west slopes of Mount Etna.
Nerello Mascalese (c.80-85%), Etna’s noble red grape variety, and Nerello Cappuccio (c.15-20%) are grown on sandy, volcanic soils that are rich in minerals, with sub-acid reaction. Vines range in age from 10 to 60 years and are trained in both “alberello” (head-trained bush) and spurred cordon systems, with densities of 6,000 to 8,000 vine stocks per hectare and yields of 7,000 to 8,000 kg/ha. Vineyards vary in elevation from 450 m to 900 m a.s.l. The climate type ranges from high hill to mountain, with a humid and rainy cooler season, high ventilation, luminosity, and a significant diurnal range.
Tasting Notes: Balanced, dry, medium-bodied, mineral with a pleasant acidity
and saline notes, red fruit aromas, persistent.
Food Pairing: A very versatile wine to be paired with white and red meats and cheeses but also with fish.
Dense, amethyst purple colour. Impressive nose with explosive aromas of eucalyptus, mint, black peppercorn, a hint of vanilla, roasted nuts and red fruits. Extremely concentrated mouth with velvety tannins and acidity that emphasises the wine’s solid character. It can age for more than 10 years.
A unique wine made out of one of the few last remaining centenarian vineyards on the island, planted in 1921. Organic certified since 2019, we tend these old bush vines with great care. The vineyard contains 6 different indigenous varieties, which produce this elegant ruby red coloured wine with intense aromas of black currants, red pepper and preserved red fruits.
Fresh, impressively fruity and flowery, it brims with the aromas of white fruits and white flowers, especially jasmine. Though light in taste, it bursts with fruit aromas, vibrant acidity, perfect balance and long, persistent aftertaste.

Santa Irene Winery – Nicosia
Daniel in appearance is very pale, nearly clear, with pure fruit flavours, intense raspberry flavour & velvety texture lead to a balanced wine with nice finesse & dry finish.
This volcanic wine, from the steep slopes of Mount Etna is a blend of a number of native grape varieties among which 65% Carricante. Dry with very floral aromas of linden blooms. The mineral character, coming from the volcanic soils, gives the wine a salty edge that blends well with the fresh fruity character reminiscent of green apples.
Chablis Aoc Domain Raoul Gautherin and Fils, is a wine produced from pure Chardonnay grapes, the grapes are grown in the Chablis area. The wine obtained rests for 10/11 months in steel vats, at the end it is bottled and left for a few more months in the bottle.
To a visual examination it presents a fantastic brightness, the straw yellow color, almost gold, to the nose the perfume fills the nostrils with a pleasant sensation of citrus, balsamic notes, green lemons, to the palate it is decisive, warm with excellent freshness and minerality with a very pleasant salty aftertaste, its length is also excellent and remains pleasantly in the mouth for a long time.
Chablis that we recommend to be drunk accompanying second courses of both meat and fish.
Altos Las Hormigas Blanco (notably the 2024 vintage) is a fresh, aromatic white wine from Mendoza, Argentina, crafted from a blend of Chenin Blanc (80%), Pedro Giménez (15%), and Semillon (5%). It is produced with minimal intervention, using concrete vats and no oak to highlight high natural acidity and mineral notes. The wine has intense aromas of white peach, pineapple, and citrus with a savoury, long finish

A rosé as unconventional as its origin: Etna Rosato by Alberto Graci is more than just a summer wine – it is a bold and cool greeting from the volcano. Grown on mineral-rich gravel soil near Passopisciaro, where Nerello Mascalese at an altitude of around 600 metres bears the temperament of a volcano, this rosé always remains clear in expression – a product of tradition, soil and respect for nature. The 2022 vintage plays to all its strengths: a cool spring, a moderate summer with constant wind ventilation and a late harvest ensured healthy grapes with aromatic depth and fresh structure. Vinification follows the principle of purity – gentle direct pressing, spontaneous fermentation in cement, the wine remains on the fine lees for six months, powerful without wood, elegant without exaggeration
