A Perfect Blend – Dry Red

Barba Yiannis is an excellent expression of the Maratheftiko variety. Robust, with ripe fruit and character, it has at the same time a velvety dimension in the mouth, excellent levels of concentration and beautiful complexity. Old vineyards at an altitude of 800-1150 meters and the careful use of old barrels lead to a wine that highlights the noble dimension of the variety. Although Mavro dominates the vineyard of Cyprus, Maratheftiko is the “pride” of the red Cypriot varieties. Barba Yiannis has cherry and black fruit aromas on his nose. The wine will mature in old oak barrels for a short time, keeping the exceptional interest in the fruit and its excellent structure.

Chablis Aoc Domain Raoul Gautherin and Fils, is a wine produced from pure Chardonnay grapes, the grapes are grown in the Chablis area. The wine obtained rests for 10/11 months in steel vats, at the end it is bottled and left for a few more months in the bottle.
To a visual examination it presents a fantastic brightness, the straw yellow color, almost gold, to the nose the perfume fills the nostrils with a pleasant sensation of citrus, balsamic notes, green lemons, to the palate it is decisive, warm with excellent freshness and minerality with a very pleasant salty aftertaste, its length is also excellent and remains pleasantly in the mouth for a long time.
